Kim Frymark

Kim Frymark, Director of Facilities at Radcliffe Creek School, brings a unique and diverse skill set to her role, built on a foundation of military service, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep-seated passion for working with children. Her career began in the United States Air Force, where she served for eight years, developing expertise in management, maintenance, and the complex logistics of equipment and personnel deployment with the National Security Agency at Fort Meade, MD. Following her military career, she launched and ran a successful licensed family child care business for 23 years, where she cherished the relationships she built with the children and families she served. This experience instilled in her a deep understanding of the needs of young learners and the importance of a safe and nurturing environment.

After her time in childcare, Kim transitioned back into facilities management, taking on a chief custodian role with Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) and a team leader position at Washington College. For the past six years, she has found her true calling at Radcliffe Creek School, where she has been instrumental in creating and maintaining a top-tier learning environment. Her passion is collaborating with her amazing colleagues to make RCS the best place possible for children who learn differently. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, thrifting, and DIY projects.
