Tim Loeffler
Tim Loeffler is the Interim Dean of Students and Director of RISE at Radcliffe Creek School, where he infuses his work with energy, compassion, and a deep understanding of student development. A proud graduate of Washington College, Tim holds a Bachelor's in psychology with a concentration in clinical counseling and a minor in secondary education. His journey at Radcliffe began as a student aid intern and substitute teacher, and he has since become a cornerstone of the school community. In his multifaceted role, he leads the RISE team, collaborating with teachers and working directly with students to individualize instruction and foster success both inside and outside the classroom. Tim also coordinates with external service providers to ensure a consistent support system for each student, while teaching essential social and emotional skills through individual and group meetings.
In addition to his administrative and teaching duties, Tim is a respected coach with a strong background in both soccer and swimming. He coaches goalkeepers for both the men's and women's soccer teams at Washington College, where his guidance has led athletes to earn All-Conference honors. His coaching journey also includes helping young swimmers build skill and confidence at the Stoneleigh Sharks Swim Club. As a former collegiate soccer player at Washington College, Tim is intimately familiar with the importance of teamwork and determination, having been part of the team that secured the Centennial Conference victory for the first time in the college's history. His work is rooted in the belief that every child can thrive when supported with structure, encouragement, and trust. In his role as Interim Dean of Students, Tim also works closely with faculty and parents to plan events and plays a role on the admissions team.
