About Our Board

As the governing body of Radcliffe Creek School, the Board of Trustees act as the chief architects for the school's future. When developing Radcliffe Creek School's Strategic Plan, the Board of Trustees followed an approach many of our teachers are familiar with. Together, along with then-Head of School Meg Bamford, they analyzed the school's areas of struggle, established clear priorities, set achievable goals, and outlined a path towards a successful future. That strategic plan has helped secure the financial health of the school, affirmed the school's mission, and provided a roadmap for growth.
